Mexico 2023: Whales and a Wedding

In early Spring of 2023 we returned to Mexico to explore some of our favorite places. The highlight of the trip was a week in Loreto, Baja for the wedding of our son.

2020 Baja Pandemic Run

In early 2020 a group friends from the Northwest Norton Owners rode to Baja to explore and visit the shop of Doug’s Baja Nortons. The pandemic hit as we were getting ready to ride home.

Another extended trip to South America!

This time we flew the bikes to Argentina where we were stuck in Buenos Aires for a whole month waiting for customs to release the bikes. We finally braved wind and snow and made it Ushuaia. 2015 Trans American Trail (TAT)

This was a truly EPIC trip of a lifetime with Donn and sons. Rain, wind, snow, broken bones and plenty of adventure. The rule was we had to camp EVERY NIGHT! One solid month of motorcycle camping. What could go wrong!

MotoRaid III

The epic trip to South America in 2013 was the catalyst for our future adventures. This trip was a repeat 50 years later of the original MotoRaid trip documented in Keith Thye’s book “MotoRaid.” This trip was documented in Keith’s book “The Whole Story” You can check out Keith’s books HERE.
